Counts the 360 House of Representatives seats won by NDC candidates at the 16 January 2027 election, from INEC returning officers' declarations; a seat counts for the party on whose ticket INEC declared the winner. Supplementary or rerun polls that INEC orders on its own authority and concludes by 31 March 2027 count (the cut-off moves later by any general postponement); tribunal- or court-ordered reruns, later judgments and defections are ignored, and a seat undeclared at the cut-off counts for no party. If the NDC is deregistered or struck off the ballot before polling day, its count is 0. Void if the election has not been held by 30 June 2027.
