Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour (ADC)

Resolves to the candidate with the second-most votes in INEC's declared Lagos State governorship result (Form EC8D) for the 6 February 2027 election, including supplementary or rerun polls INEC orders on its own authority; tribunal- or court-ordered reruns and later judgments are ignored. A named outcome means that person; anyone else resolves 'Another candidate', and an exact tie for second voids the market. If INEC postpones the poll, the market follows the rescheduled vote; void if INEC has declared no result by 30 June 2027.
