Yes as soon as INEC officially announces, before polls open (08:30 Lagos) on 6 February 2027, that the governorship election in at least one entire state, or nationwide, will not hold that day; trading stops at the announcement. Rescheduling individual polling units, wards or LGAs does not count, nor do supplementary polls after voting. No if polls open on 6 February 2027 in all 28 states.
