Yes if INEC declares a candidate of any party other than the APC elected in Rivers East, Rivers South-East or Rivers West at the 16 January 2027 Senate election, counting supplementary or rerun polls that INEC orders on its own authority and concludes by 31 March 2027; No if the APC is declared in all three or a seat is still undeclared then. Tribunal- or court-ordered reruns and later judgments are ignored. Void if the election has not been held by 30 June 2027.
