Counts the 28 states voting for governor on 6 February 2027 whose governor-elect, as declared by INEC (Form EC8E / certificate of return), ran on the NDC ticket. Supplementary, rerun and s.179 second polls that INEC holds count; tribunal or court rulings after a declaration are ignored. Resolves once every state in scope has a declaration; void if any has none by 30 June 2027. If the NDC is deregistered or struck off the ballot before polling day, its count is 0.
