Counts the 36 states and the FCT where Bola Tinubu's first-round votes are at least 25.00% of that unit's total valid votes. Uses INEC's declared first-round result for the 16 January 2027 presidential election (state results, Form EC8D; national return, Form EC8E). Later tribunal or court judgments and any runoff are ignored. A postponed poll follows the rescheduled first round; void if INEC has published no result by 30 June 2027.
