Resolves to the candidate with the most first-round votes in Cross River State in INEC's declared state result (Form EC8D) for the 16 January 2027 presidential election. A named outcome means that person; anyone else resolves 'Another candidate', and an exact tie for first voids the market. Later tribunal or court judgments and any runoff are ignored. A postponed poll follows the rescheduled first round; void if INEC has published no result for Cross River State by 30 June 2027.
