Counts the seats of the Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo State Houses of Assembly by party at the 6 February 2027 election, from INEC returning officers' declarations; a seat counts for the party on whose ticket INEC declared the winner. Supplementary or rerun polls that INEC orders on its own authority and concludes by 31 March 2027 count (the cut-off moves later by any general postponement); tribunal- or court-ordered reruns, later judgments and defections are ignored, and a seat undeclared at the cut-off counts for no party. Counts the Assemblies in which NDC candidates are declared winners of strictly more seats than any other party; an Assembly where the NDC only ties for the most does not count. If the NDC is deregistered or struck off the ballot before polling day, its count is 0. Void if the election has not been held by 30 June 2027.
