Seyi Makinde's first-round votes divided by total valid votes nationally, truncated to two decimal places; a share exactly on a band edge falls in the higher band. Void if he is not on the ballot. Uses INEC's declared first-round result for the 16 January 2027 presidential election (state results, Form EC8D; national return, Form EC8E). Later tribunal or court judgments and any runoff are ignored. A postponed poll follows the rescheduled first round; void if INEC has published no result by 30 June 2027.
