Counts how many of Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo give Bola Tinubu at least 25.00% of the state's total valid first-round votes. Uses INEC's declared first-round result for the 16 January 2027 presidential election (state results, Form EC8D; national return, Form EC8E). Later tribunal or court judgments and any runoff are ignored. A postponed poll follows the rescheduled first round; void if INEC has published no result by 30 June 2027.
