Will INEC declare any 2027 governorship election inconclusive?

Yes as soon as an INEC returning officer declares any of the 28 governorship elections of 6 February 2027 inconclusive, or INEC withholds the return and orders a supplementary poll or s.179 second election before declaring a winner. No once all 28 states have a winner declared without that happening. Tribunal- or court-ordered reruns after a declaration do not count. Void only if neither has happened by 30 June 2027.
