Resolves to the candidate INEC declares elected to the Abia South Senate seat at the 16 January 2027 election (the returning officer's declaration, Form EC8E, and the certificate of return). Supplementary or rerun polls that INEC orders on its own authority count; tribunal- or court-ordered reruns and later judgments are ignored. A named outcome means that person; if they are replaced on the ballot, a win by the replacement resolves 'Another candidate'. If INEC postpones the poll, the market follows the rescheduled vote; void if INEC has declared no result by 30 June 2027.
